Mosaic Blue Set

Two weeks Blue Set was waiting for pictures. I needed break… and time to clean tiles. White tiles, millefiories show every single piece of gray grout… unbelievably. I ended up with magnifying glass in my hand when I was cleaning the white surfaces… Am I crazy… answer is “Maybe not crazy but eager” I was not happy with the close-ups so I had to spend one evening to make the set perfect.

I had idea to use dark blue grout but the gray worked better, good I did not have enough blue to color the dark gray grout… Sometime it is good to go for what life wants to give us.

I forgot how big stress I had during grouting… I had to grout both pieces together to make sure the grout’s color would be the same (I should go for gray grout from the beginning…). Everything dried so fast, I was scare I would never be able to clean it….. Happy end saved me and after all I spent only one more evening to finish my work.
