I started that piece with red pendant idea. Unfortunately nothing worked and I had a big problem. I tried couple different patterns and none of them looked good. Next step was in my head, sea sunset. I had the orange from red idea and I added sea and sky. One more time I was not happy with the result, something was missing. There were some positives, I LOVED the sea and sky. So it was not too far from putting a ship on water. From the beginning the ship was brown and the colors combination was not right. Finally the white ship was at the sea and the journey was full of joy!
I asked Crystal what she saw at the picture and my ship passed the test. My lovely daughter recognized ship in it too. So, it was a big success until my husband came home… a pyramid…. Good I did not lose my cold blood and I pointed out that it would be hard to have it in the middle of the sea…
The summer will be GREAT!!!! You can check (and buy) the pendant here http://grazak.etsy.com/ Sterling silver plated square pendant, stained glass and lots of joy
